  1. Potong daging memanjang jangan tebal-tebal lalu dimarinasi dengam bumbu campur semua diamkan slama 30 menit.

  3. Kemudian untuk saos nya tumis bombay hingga harum layu lalu tumis bawang putih masukkan bahan smuanya beri air sedikit lalu cek rasa.
  4. Untuk bahan pelengkap nya... wortel dapat diiris lalu direbus dan kentang dipotong digoreng... siapkan piring lalu di tata siap dihidangkan.
