  7. Setelah satu jam,masukkan kedalam kukusan yg telah dipanasakan,kukus dengan api besar kurleb 3 menit,kemudian kecilkan sedikit api kompor dan kukus kurleb 15 menit sampai matang.
  8. Matikan kompor,biarkan dalam kukusan kurleb 10 menitan agar mantau tidak menyusut,angkat dan sajikan hangat.
